    Outstanding guded relaxation and breathing for stress release. With a home BP monitor my blood pressure can be reduced from 20 to 40 points after using this DVD. I start at the Relaxation Pose (prone position) and continue on to all of the breathing exercises for a great 40 minutes of relaxation. I know nothing of Yoga and there are no cross legged positions in this, though Rodney Yee does use them, they are not a part of the routines. The person who said there are no sub menus must be referring to the VHS tape (which I have) because the DVD has an excellent series of menus and sub menus and you can start exactly where you want. Have no difficulty with focus as another reviewer does, besides, once you’ve run through the DVD once for a visual, you have your eyes closed all the time anyway.

    This is a great DVD if you’re looking for deep relaxation and some breathwork. Rodney Yee has a soothing voice, is very knowledgeable, and provides good imagery to help you get in touch with your breath. The DVD is broken into 2 segments, one with relaxing yoga poses and one with breathwork, which is nice if you don’t have a ton of time to practice or want to work specifically on one or the other.
