What a wonderful recounting of her encounters with a truly remarkable man. So many spiritual teachers are so lofty and out of this world that they lose me. Her teacher is so insightful and yet he is also grounded and practical at the same time. This is a book that I feel sure that I will read many times. And thank you to Cheryl for sharing so much of your own journey. It makes the book even richer to hear of your spiritual quest along with the wisdom and insights of your teacher.

This is the most extraordinary book I have read on Spirituality and the importance of Yoga in ones life. Yoga as explained by the Guru is a technology to transcend ones limitations and in unifying with the infinite. The Author Cheryl Simone takes you through her life and exploration of spirituality that leads her to India’s most renowned Guru Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. Her midnight conversations with the master at her lakehouse in Tennessee are thought provoking and address the most simple and subtle aspects on life that we are unaware of. I would highly highly recommend this book to all readers who want to live life in full awareness.
