The first two are mainly instructional, while the remaining three walk you through a meditation session. In Sensual Relaxation Barbara walks you through a series of tensing and relaxing each body part. My favorite, Revitilizing your Spirit is a beautiful meditation where Barbara walks you through the visualization of white light coming in the top of your head and working through your body.

If your eyes are open during the meditations, the nature scenes are beautiful (and filmed in high definition). Barbara Biziou is an internationally acclaimed teacher of medititation, a life-strategy coach, and a frequent televisioon and radio guest. Her voice is very soothing and the meditations can be used over and over again. You can either do each one in succession or individually if you’re short on time.
